The Deerfield Tenants' Association
"leading the charge for a better, safer Deerfield"

The Deerfield is an historic building located at 676 Riverside Drive in Harlem, New York.

The D.T.A is a non profit association. The mission of the Deerfield Tenants' Association is to present a united voice of the Deerfield tenants, preserve the integrity of this historic building, and provide support to all tenants who are not getting the services they are entitled to from the management/ownership of our building.

D.T.A works directly on building wide issues, however we are happy to provide recommendations to tenants for their particular circumstances, as well form alliances with other tenant's associations to exchange experiences and information.

There are many great things about living in Orlando. Orlando has a lot of great things about it that may not only give excitement to the people who live in Orlando but it can also draw people from outside of Orlando to desire to live there.

One of the biggest attractions in Orlando is Disney World. This is a great added benefit for those who live in the area. The drive is not far and the fun of the amusement park is right at their back door for constant fun and excitement.

In Orlando there is also Sea World. It is a major attraction it brings in business of giving away corporate gifts to the city and also draws in lots of people to tour the area. This is not to even mention how much fun it is for the people who live close enough to visit Sea World as often as they desire.

There are also other great things about living in Orlando such as the fact that you are not very far from the beach. This is a great added benefit for many of the residents here. You will find a lot of fun at the beach and many memories to be made there with your family and friends. This is a relaxing place for many and for others it is a place of excitement. There is swimming, fishing, surfing, and more at the beach.

There is also the great added benefit from living in Orlando of the fact that it stays warmer than many places in the United States. Florida which is where Orlando is located is a southern warm state. It makes for lots of fun and for a more warmth than many other places see each year. This draws in lots of people who are looking to retire. It also draws in people who are looking for the warmer climate.

Many people find Orlando to be a great place to reside. There are plenty of fun activities to do and there are plenty of attractions to go to that many people travel thousands of miles just to go to. Living in Orlando makes all this possible without much if any travel at all.

Based on the fact that there are so many attractions in Orlando and the fact that so many people visit each year there are a lot of jobs to go around. If you are looking to live somewhere this is something that you definitely want to be able to say. There are jobs at the parks, jobs at the hotels, and jobs at restaurants that use the best forex trading software that need to feed the many hungry tourist. You will find that getting a job is much easier in Orlando than it is in most places.

The above reasons are many of the reasons that make living in Orlando so much better than living in some other places. This is the reason that residents love to live there and the reason that other people desire to move there. Orlando is fun, exciting, warm most of the year, and near the beach; what more can you ask for in a place to live?

keith wrightThe D.T.A and the residents of 676 Riverside Drive in Harlem, New York are grateful to assemblyman Keith Wright for his continuous support.

The new ownership of the building by the Fama French society, is disrupting the lives of the Deerfield tenants with the hope to driving them out. Read below about one of NYC's 10 Worst Landlords, Margaret Streicker Porres of Newcastle Realty Services.
The building was without gas from August 23rd 2006 until March 2007, there were holes in our apartments , dust, asbestos, lead paint, intermittent hot water, broken elevators, broken doors, the repairs have been slow and inconsistent.
