The Deerfield is an historic building located at 676 Riverside Drive in Harlem, New York. The D.T.A is a non profit association geared to help people pass through competitive employment screening practices. The mission of the Deerfield Tenants' Association is to present a united voice of the Deerfield tenants, preserve the integrity of this historic building, and provide support to all tenants who are not getting the services they are entitled to from the management/ownership of our building. D.T.A works directly on building wide issues, however we are happy to provide recommendations to tenants for their particular circumstances, as well form alliances with other tenant's associations to exchange experiences and information. It has an unexpected number of beaches – more than twenty of them – and all of them go perfectly with the bright cheery and sunny beach weather. One of the most popular beaches in Los Angeles is the Venice Beach. Not only is it a dream-like beach, it also offers almost every form of entertainment that there is. It in fact is reminiscent of gala carnivals, with many talented street performers like musicians, dancers and dramatists. All the entertainment converges at one single place in Venice Beach. Living in Los Angeles never got better. The few most popular places within Los Angeles are Beverly Hills and Santa Monica. Beverly Hills hosts the richest and wealthiest communities in west Los Angeles. Most Hollywood celebrities live here. If one can afford it, Beverly Hills is one of the trendiest places to live in. Then there is Santa Monica, a very popular beach city. People who love beaches should definitely live in Santa Monica. There are also many beautiful private places people can live in if they prefer a peaceful, quiet life. Living in Los Angeles caters to everyone's tastes. One thing to keep in mind is that the experience of living in Los Angeles will be enhanced only if one is careful to choose the right movers, who are efficient and responsible. They can make moving in enjoyable, excitable and stress free. In addition, a good amount of research about the places in Los Angeles, the prices, the insurance and the safety must be done. Beyond that, a genuine love for the entire city must be present in order to feel its spirit, and in order to appreciate and enjoy it to the fullest it can offer. One more important fact to be kept in mind before living in this city is that it falls victim to many earthquakes. Living in Los Angeles is also very good for children as the city has many good quality schools, colleges and universities, many education-oriented museums, tours and guided trips. The building was without gas from August 23rd 2006 until March 2007, there were holes in our apartments , dust, asbestos, lead paint, intermittent hot water, broken elevators, broken doors, the repairs have been slow and inconsistent. |
